[FULL, WAITLIST ONLY] Small Group In-Person Training

This is a small group strength training experience with progressive, personalized programming and feedback. You will learn foundational movement patterns in the first weeks of the program, and then build on those movements with more challenging variations and heavier weights throughout the 12 weeks. Enrollment is capped at 8 people per session.

2023 Spring session runs March 21st - June 8th

Where: The F.I.T. Lab

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am, 10:45am, 12:00pm, 50 minute sessions

Cost: $480 (or three monthly payments of $170)

[FULL, WAITLIST ONLY] Hybrid Small Group Training

This hybrid program combines the flexibility of working out at home with the fun and camaraderie of group training. You will get 12 weeks of in-person small group strength training sessions on the weekend, plus two shorter workouts to complete at home during the week with minimal equipment. Enrollment is capped at 9 people per session.

2023 Spring session runs March 24th - June 10th

Where: The F.I.T. Lab

When: Fridays at 4 pm or Saturdays at 8am, 45-minute in-person session, plus shorter at-home workouts on demand

Cost: $360 (or three monthly payments of $130)
