Strength training options to fit your body and your life.



Small Group Training

Improve your strength, mobility, and balance so that you can continue to do all the things you love in life for a long long time. This small group strength training experience includes progressive, personalized programming and feedback. You will learn foundational movement patterns in the program's first weeks, and then build on those movements with more challenging variations and heavier weights. You will meet with the same small group twice a week. Each group is capped at 8 people.

2024 Winter session runs January 8th - March 19th,  with no training on February 15th/16th. 

Where: The F.I.T. Lab

When: Choose from five small group times - 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am, 8:40 am, 9:50 am, or 11:00 am.

Or Mondays and Fridays at 3:30 pm.

Strength For Life Semi-Private Training

These extra-small group sessions (2-4 people) are for individuals who need more one-on-one support to improve overall strength and balance to maintain or restore an independent and active lifestyleIf you currently struggle or are unable to get up and down from the floor independently or feel unsteady performing daily activities, this evidence-based program can help you build confidence and stability in and out of the gym.

Before you join a semi-private group, we will have at least two one-on-one sessions to assess your needs and make sure this will be a good fit. Contact me to schedule a free initial consultation.

When: Mondays and Fridays at 1:20 and 2:30 p.m.
