Take up space at the gym.
Gyms can feel intimidating or unwelcoming for many folks. We want to create something different.
This is a loosely structured weekly workout time where you can come as you are, try different movements, and maybe meet some gym friends! (But if you want to pop in your headphones and get right to work, that's okay, too!)
Register in advance for multiple sessions, or drop in when you can!

Meet your coaches!
Hi, I'm Whitney (She/Her)
I founded WoWW Women to help women use their unique skills and power to achieve their fitness goals.
My deep background in education and training makes me uniquely qualified to program and teach women how to build strength. My philosophy is “Come as you are, start where you’re at. Each woman knows their body best!”
I am a heart-centered trainer who is laid back and compassionately supportive. We WILL see progress in our time together!
Hi, I'm Anne (She/Her)
I'm a middle-aged, mid-sized, mother, educator, public health worker, and certified personal trainer. I believe that strength training is one of the best things you can do for your overall well-being and quality of life. AND lifting weights can be really fun, especially in a community of kind and supportive people.
I became a NASM-certified personal trainer and founded Gentle Strength because I want strength training to be more accessible and welcoming to everyone, regardless of age, body size, past experience, or gender identity.
